Clean the collar often or anytime they get heavily soiled during a hunt
Check the collars for any physical damage. Remove the collar strap and check the rubber strap that runs from the main housing to the small GPS receiver box
Ensure that the rubber strap is in good condition and that it is clean and there is no damage
